Jacqueline B. Buckley is the owner and CEO of Conferences and Events LLC. With over fifteen years of success in event planning and management, Ms. Buckley is in leads the overall management of the company’s projects. An experienced conference and event planner, Ms. Buckley possesses a keen sense of the dynamics of business culture.
As a CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), VEMM (Virtual Event Meeting Management), VHED (Virtual Hybrid Event Director) and CGMP herself, she has been at the forefront of negotiations for a number of contracts for small to medium size conferences and special events for corporate, government and private events. These have encompassed anything from conference and event location, speakers, entertainment, program development and printing, food and beverage services, sponsorship, budget, and other logistical requirements. This demonstrates the ability to hold her own in multiple fields along with the expertise to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments.

Ms. Buckley has an impressive track record of more than 15 years of hands-on experience in planning and management of meetings, tradeshows, and conferences at both public and private levels. She has worked as a Program Director in Health Care Management and with the government’s Department of Commerce, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FMEA) where she obtained an Incident Management Certification and FMTI, a non-profit organization.
Internationally, her work as an Event Management Expert via USAID in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan and Liberia, West Africa has brought her laurels. In addition, she holds a Program Management Certification and a Hotel Operations Certification from the Marriott Meetings Excellence and Gaylord Hotel and Resorts.
